Procedure for a patch test:
Wash (with soap products) or apply a small amount of the product (lotion, powder etc.) to the area on the inside of your arm and if a rash or tenderness occurs, discontinue use. Bath salts can be tested on a small part of your leg, etc., and if any rash or discomfort occurs, then please discontinue use.
Due to the use of essential oils used in our products, pregnant or nursing women need to seek advice from their doctor about what essential oils to avoid.
Citrus essential oils cause photosensitivity; this is where sun exposure can cause one to have a rash appear on the skin where the oils have been used. Due to this attribute, one needs to be careful when using citrus blend products.
